🔵 Full Refund During First Break
If you feel the class is not delivering the value you expected, you may request a full refund during the first scheduled break of the workshop.
Simply return your workbook and training materials, and we will process your refund — no questions asked.
🔵 No Refunds After First Break
Because we provide full access to course materials, instruction, and CE credit during the workshop, refunds are not available after the first break.
🔵 Missed Class / Unable to Attend
If you registered but cannot attend, you may:
- Transfer your registration to a future class date, or
- Transfer your seat to another licensed contractor in your company.
We do not offer refunds for no-show students, but we’re happy to help you reschedule.
🔵 Weather / Emergency Rescheduling
If The Fix-It Academy must reschedule due to weather, facility issues, or emergencies, all registered students will be transferred to the next available workshop at no additional cost.
