⭐ Refund Policy — The Fix-It Academy

At The Fix-It Academy, we want every contractor to leave our workshop feeling confident, energized, and equipped with real skills they can use immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our training.

If you feel the class is not delivering the value you expected, you may request a full refund during the first scheduled break of the workshop.
Simply return your workbook and training materials, and we will process your refund — no questions asked.

Because we provide full access to course materials, instruction, and CE credit during the workshop, refunds are not available after the first break.

If you registered but cannot attend, you may:

• Transfer your registration to a future class date, or
• Transfer your seat to another licensed contractor in your company.

We do not offer refunds for no-show students, but we’re happy to help you reschedule.

If The Fix-It Academy must reschedule due to weather, facility issues, or emergencies, all registered students will be transferred to the next available workshop at no additional cost.

We design every class to be the most engaging, practical, and valuable CE training available in Ohio. If it’s not worth your time, we don’t want your money. It’s that simple.
